Design Features
Key design features of our precast concrete buildings include:
- Resistant to fire, rot, insect damage and vandalism.
- Aesthetically pleasing, wood grain pattern impressed into concrete walls to simulate cedar siding. Or cultured stone external finish.
- Odor control is gained by large vent pipes from the tanks, gable end screens and flow of air under the walls.
- Bright interiors through use of skylites and white painted walls.
- Full disabled access.
